Diagnosis: Congenital hypoplasia, leucomatous microcornea with flat Surface. Slight enophthalmos, eyelid laxity and reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: No surgery.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting, with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Result after 2 years from the first session.
