Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with clear and displaced microcornea.

Moderate eyelid retraction and​reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery:

The patient underwent pars-plana vitrectomy in 2007.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 4 years from the first session.
