Diagnosis:

Acquired anophthalmos with silicone implant.

Moderate eyelid retraction and ​slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

Enucleation with 16 mm. silicone ball implant in 2007.

Prosthesis:

Thin ocular prosthesis fitting to fill exiguous space between eyelid and conjunctiva caused by big size implant.

Results after 2 years from the first session.
