Diagnosis:

Acquired anophthalmos without implant.

Severe eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and severe enophthalmos.
Surgery:

Enucleation without implant in 1990.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear pediatric orbital expander fitting. This expander was periodically replaced to improve correct development of anophthalmic socket and later was hand-painted.

Subsequently blepharostat-conformer fitting.

Results after 20 years from the first session.
