Age: 1 Sex: M

Diagnosis:

Acquired anophthalmos with hydroxiapatite implant.

Moderate eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

Enucleation with 18 mm. hydroxiapatite implant in 2006.

Prosthesis:

Patient came to our center 5 weeks after surgery.

Thin ocular prosthesis fitting to fill exiguous space between eyelid and conjunctiva caused by big size implant.

Results after 5 weeks from the first session.
