Congenital hypoplasia with 2 cm. retrobulbar cyst and bilateral coloboma.

Severe bilateral orbital retraction.
Surgery:

Cyst removal in 2009.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 3 years from the first session.
