Diagnosis:
Subatrophic eye with leucomatous, not-anesthetized and centered cornea.
Moderate eyelid retraction and reduced conjunctival sac.
Surgery:
No surgery executed.
Prosthesis:
PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with twin-shifted corneal curvature and outflow ducts to avoid a too tight fitting.
Fluorescein assessment.
Successive cosmetic painted scleral shell fitting.
Results after 1 year from the first session.
