Diagnosis: 

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and centered microcornea.

Severe enophthalmos, eyelid laxity and​ seriously reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: 

Patient underwent corneo-scleral suture in 1989.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 3 months from the first session.
