Subatrophic eye with clear, not-anesthetized and centered cornea.
Slight enophthalmos and eyelid laxity not present.
Surgery:
No surgery executed.
Prosthesis:
Patient came to our center at adult age.
PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature, axial balancing and truncation to avoid unwanted rotation. Fluorescein assessment.
Successive cosmetic painted scleral shell fitting.
Results after 22 year from the first session.
