Subatrophic eye with leucomatous, displaced and prolapsed microcornea.

Moderate eyelid retraction and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: 

No surgery executed.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 8 years from the first session.
