Slight enophthalmos, eyelid laxity and​ reduced conjunctival sac.​

Surgery: No surgery executed.

Prosthesis: PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 10 years from the first session.
