Diagnosis: 

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and centered cornea with flat surface.

Eyelid laxity and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: 

Cataract surgery in 1992 and glaucoma surgery two years later.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 6 years from the first session.
