Diagnosis: 

Subatrophic eye with clear, centered microcornea

Severe enophthalmos, pronounced eyelid retraction and reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: 

Corneo-scleral suture in 1995.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 9 years from the first session.
