Age: 38 – Sex: M

Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos and orbital floor fracture. Severely contracted anophthalmic socket and lower eyelid laxity.

Surgery: Enucleation and socket reconstruction with skin graft in 1997. Shortly after secondary PMMA ball implant. Orbital floor reconstruction in 1999 and fornix reconstruction in 2000.

Prosthesis:
