Congenital microphthalmos with clear, anesthetized and displaced cornea with flat surface.

Moderate eyelid retraction and​ reduced conjunctival sac.​
Surgery:

No surgery executed.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 4 months from the first session.
