Diagnosis:

Bilateral congenital anophthalmos.

Severe bilateral orbital retraction and underdevelopment.
Surgery:

Neoplastic lesion removal in 2002. No other surgery executed

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear pediatric orbital expander fitting. This expander was periodically replaced to improve correct development of anophthalmic socket and later was hand-painted.

Subsequently blepharostat-conformer fitting.

Results after 15 years from the first session.
