Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous, displaced cornea.

Slight enophthalmos, moderate eyelid retraction and reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: 

Corneo-scleral suture in 2002.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 4 years from the first session.
