Diagnosis:

Bilateral congenital anophthalmos with severe eyelid retraction, reduced conjunctival sac and slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

No surgery executed.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear pediatric orbital expander fitting. This expander was periodically replaced to improve correct development of anophthalmic socket and later was hand-painted.

Subsequently blepharostat-conformer fitting.

Results after 11 years from the first session.
