Diagnosis:

Acquired anophthalmos with Medpor implant.

Slight enophthalmos, moderate eyelid retraction and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery:

Enucleation with 21 mm. Medpor implant in 2011.

Prosthesis:

Fitting ocular prosthesis. Results after 3 years from the first session.
