Age: 2 Sex: M

Diagnosis:

Acquired anophthalmos with hydroxiapatite implant.

Moderate eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

Enucleation with 20 mm. hydroxiapatite implant in 1997.

Prosthesis:

Patient came to our center 6 weeks after surgery.

Thin ocular prosthesis fitting to fill exiguous space between eyelid and conjunctiva caused by big size implant.

Results after 14 years from the first session.
