Diagnosis:

Acquired bilateral anophthalmos without implant.

Moderate eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

Enucleation without implant in 2005.

Prosthesis:

Fitting two ocular prostheses.

Patient came to our center 4 years after surgery.

Results after 2 years from the first session.
