Age: 32 – Sex: M

Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos with Medpor implant. Accentuated enophthalmos, pseudoptosi of upper eyelid and reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: Evisceration with 20 mm. Medpor implant in 2000, then socket reconstruction in 2007.

Prosthesis:

Result after 6 years from the first session.
