Diagnosis: Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and not-centered cornea. Reduced socket volume and eyelid retraction.

Surgery: Evisceration with PMMA ball implant and cornea preservation, 17 years after trauma.

Prosthesis:

Prosthetic fitting started at age 31 years. Result after 3 years from the first session.
