Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos without implant, presence of many orbital fractures and many pathological scars. Severely damaged eyelids.

Surgery: Enucleation and socket reconstruction with mucous membrane and skin graft in 1993.

Prosthesis:

2009: Result after 8 years from the first session.
