Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos with hydroxyapatite implant. Lower eyelid laxity as a result of wrong prostheses fitting.

Surgery: Enucleation with silicone ball implant within Tenon’s capsule in 1985. Replacement with new hydroxyapatite implant in 2000.

Result after 12 years from the first session.
