Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos, severely contracted anophthalmic socket and reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: Enucleation with tobacco-pouch suture in 1990. Socket reconstruction with mucous membrane and skin graft in 1991.

Result after 20 years from the first session.
