Age: 30 – Sex: M

Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos with PMMA ball implant, expelled in few months and replaced with another hydroxyapatite implant. Even this implant has been expelled.

Surgery: Enucleation with implant in 1991 expelled spontaneously after 10 months.
Replacement with new implant covered with fascia lata in 1999.
This implant has been removed in 2003.

Result after 18 years from the first session.
