Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos without implant, eyelid laxity and reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: Corneal transplant in 2007 and 2009. Retinal detachment surgery in 2009.

Enucleation with 20 mm. Medpor implant covered with donor sclera in 2012.

Result after 1 year from the first session.
