Eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and severe enophthalmos.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 5 years from the first session.
