Diagnosis:

Bilateral congenital anophthalmos with severe fornix and palpebral fissure deformation.

Severe bilateral orbital retraction.
Surgery:

No surgery executed.

Prosthesis:

Patient came to our center 1 month after diagnosis.

PMMA clear pediatric orbital expander fitting. This expander was periodically replaced to improve correct development of anophthalmic socket and later was hand-painted.

Results after 1 year from the first session.
