Almost absent enophthalmos, moderate eyelid laxity.

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Prosthesis:

Results after 22 years from the first session.
