Congenital anophthalmos with severe eyelid retraction and reduced conjunctival sac.
Surgery:

No surgery executed.

Prosthesis:

The patient has never used ocular prostheses in the first 4 years of life and came to our center 4 years after diagnosis.

PMMA clear pediatric orbital expander fitting. This expander was periodically replaced to improve correct development of anophthalmic socket and later was hand-painted.

Results after 4 years from the first session.
