Diagnosis:

Acquired anophthalmos with hydroxiapatite implant.

Severe eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and severe enophthalmos.

Completely contracted lower fornix.
Surgery:

Enucleation with hydroxiapatite implant covered by donor sclera in 2000.

Prosthesis:

Ocular prosthesis fitting.

Results after 2 years from the first session.
