Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with clear and displaced microcornea.

Eyelid retraction, fornix with pathological scars and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

Surgery: Splinter extraction and corneo-scleral suture in 1992.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 14 years from the first session.
