Diagnosis: Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and displaced microcornea.

Enophthalmos and eyelid laxity not present.​

Surgery: Failed cataract lens replacement with IOL implant in 1990.

Prosthesis: PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 2 years from the first session.
