Congenital microphthalmos, leucomatous and dislocated microcornea.

Good eyelid mobility and regular conjunctival sac, slight enophthalmos.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 2 years from the first session.
